there are how-to's on how to custom make angel eye rings, and set em up and everythin...try searchin cause i know i've seen it posted before..(the how-to was for a CRX or somethin) but it's still same concept

The way I did mine has nothing to do with the process that the write up preiously used. I dont even know if that way will work to be honest. The way that I did mine, you need to use NO aftermarket electrical components and WILL NOT DAMAGE your existing headlight in anyway. I may do a write up in a week or two, but for now I wanna see what people think before I become the first of hundreds with this mod..... you know what I mean. Its kinda nice to be the only person with something new for a little bit. Anways, They work amazing and I have not had ANY issues with them in anyway.

 

What color do you think I should do in them besides the amber??? I kinda like the way it looks at night with the headlight being so bright white and the contrast between them and the amber angle-eyes. I think if they were white too, then they may blend in more than stand out. Lemme know if you have any suggestions though!

At first, I thought I was being silly when I thought to myself that it looked like you just blacked out the center of the parking light lens... but now that you mention it had nothing to do with making a ring, or anything like that, I'm starting to believe that I'm probably correct. I also don't see any CF in these pics... which you attest to a poor camera, but I attest it more to the poor lighting conditions in the pics.

Daylight pics, lights off... and I'll cease and desist with my shiat talking.

Also, what's with the 20oz CO2 cyclinder? What kind of NOS am I led to believe comes out of that thing? A 5 shot?

 

higgity u are correct i just looked and noticed it. there is no ring at all, pretty slick if u ask me. surprized no one thought of that b4. that way is easier too. at night when he goes by no one will noticed the diff. i bet its not hard at all cause all u have to do i take the headlight apart and black out the center. very simple

 

Its actually a 3lb bottle. And its a purge kit for now till winter comes when the motor work begins. And I have no problem in shooting more pics when I can get my hands on a digicam again. Ill do lights off and daylight shots for you. No big deal.

I bet this kid didnt even do the angel eyes himself, he prolly had a friend or a shop do it for him. If you can afford to do all this **** to your lancer, you cant afford even a crappy $100 digicam? That sounds sorta fishy. Prove me wrong and ill shut the **** up...
