i guess they keep your interior dry if you so happen to have your windows open while its raining.. say you're smoking and need to have the window open while its raining, i guess you wouldnt have to worry about anything getting wet since the rain guards stick out about an inch or two from the window

Remember those cool little triangular air-vent windows cars used to have? These work much the same way to cut down on air and noise.

I wanna know if it reduces the wind noise a lot or is it just for show?

 

i have them and ive ridden in another guys lancer without them and i really couldnt tell the difference.

 

im gonna look into gettin some of them now

 

at tha dealershp they are $100 , butif you go to autozone and orderthem they will be $45

 

They are used for the rain, in really rainy places such as British Columbia.
