dave i dont understand why you dont deal with people directly?. why not just answer their questions instead of sending them out to sales@body-kit.com

Dave, I know peole will rather deal with you than anyone else in Accolade. The reason being is because 1. You are in the US 2. If there is any problem with your product, we will know who to deal with (without causing an International conflict). We will like for you to deal with us directly, you have a good background in customer service, but your other half overseas have a negative Rep. I am planning to purchase a TechSport kit next month (one of my small purchases with my home equity loan) and I will like to have a number where I can reach you to place an order

just a thought, have you ever looked into injectable foam? after you put the bubblewrapped bumper into the box, you then fill it with injectable foam that expands and molds to the shape of the object. So when the customer opens the box, what he sees first is this semi -molded foam . This prevents movemnt an might prevent accidental chips and such, no matter how good the carrier is. This is what they use for sensitive electronics. When I used to do logistics and shipping, I dont remember it being that expensive, other than the initial cost of equipment.
