Does an evoVIII have the same basic body style as a OZ.... basically if i bought an evo VIII carbon fiber hood.... will it fit on my OZ and not look like total ***???

Sorry...didn't spot the '04. VIS or most others probably don't make a cf hood yet. Give 'em time though...hell, if they make an Evo hood for a Civic....

 

Just because they make aftermarket stuff for Civics has no bearing on stuff for our car. There are a billion manufacturers that make stuff for them while we're stuck with very little for our cars.

I would think that VIS will make a hood for the 04s not because they make Civic parts but because they've made parts for the 1st gen Lancers.

 

/\ I think you read just a little more into my statement than necessary. I was sorta poking fun at the fact that there is even an EVO hood for a HONDA. Yes, VIS will most likely (in fact I would almost bet on it) make hoods for the '04s in due time, because they have made them for other Lancers as well as virtually every other car under the sun.
