modelchris Jan 8, 2006 10:50 AM

and yeah what springs did you lose? how much of a drop is it?

mitsuozboi Jan 8, 2006 10:54 AM

what wheels are those? car looks good.

SLVROZ_03 Jan 8, 2006 12:09 PM

Post the tire size, wheel offset, along with the spring (drop amount) used. Any rubbing aroung hard cornering? Others would probably like to known your exact setup so they have a good gauge to work from for the future.

ne evo Jan 8, 2006 12:40 PM

they are 18 by 7.5, i'm not sure the offset, i bought these wheels 2 years ago. there is ABSOLUTLY NO RUBBING. it is lowered on progess springs, but only in the front, the rear is not lowered. it rides awesome, almost smoother than before, i'm not sure if i should lower the rear, what do you guys think? :dunno:

ambystom01 Jan 8, 2006 12:44 PM

Lower the rear as well, otherwise the handling will be goofy (stiffer springs in the front and crappy stock springs in the back).

ne evo Jan 8, 2006 01:17 PM

it actuallly handles and ride really well, you don't even know it has different springs in the rear

ambystom01 Jan 8, 2006 02:06 PM

I would still put the rear springs on if it was me (even though I wouldn't buy springs but thats a completely different issue).
