^yes that is true...though after the conversion you wil NEED new wheels also as the RAlliart and the OZ have different bolt patterns....but totally possible if you really want rear disc brakes, Kontra had willwood(i think it was them) started on a rear disc conversion and i believe he had all the necessary(sp)parts to do it...but he sold his car before he got around to it...if you really want to do it i would Pm him and see if he can get you in contact with somebody

or other option...which is you can get parts from Asia especially in Taiwan.....they have many rear disk conversion kit for Lancer & it fits with no problem? or minor mod...& shouldn't cost more than $700 if you know anyone from there to ship..
