I have searched but did not find a suitable answer. What are some recommendations for tires to put on the stock O-Z rims? The criteria that are important to me are price, performance, tread life. Sort of in that order, however, willing to sacrifice a little on the price to get better handling. Don't want to spend too much as I will be using them to AutoX. I checked on tire rack and discount tires but if I just go by reading the descriptions, they are all good choices. So what I am asking for are some recommendations as well as average pricing on a set. In advance, thanks for any and all helpful suggestions.

 

Dunlop SP Sport A2's. I have 'em and I'm a fan. Falken Azenis and Toyo Proxes are also ones you should look at, keeping in mind their are various "trim" levels for each one.

 

What kind of price do you pay for the Dunlops. Tire Rack has them for $53 each. Is that a decent price? For 70.99 Discount Tire sells them with mounting balancing and other stuff. Sorry for the mundane question just trying to get comparisons before I jump the gun. I hate having buyers remorse. Thanks for the info so far pjal84.
