i drove with them in... like gunshin said... just soften up the rears and harden the fronts...

 

Mine isnt adjustable.. but it is very fun in the snow :-) They will understeer very easliy, but i give some slight throttle and bam... rear comes around.. i love winter sometimes.

I wasnt driving the lancer at the height of the storm here, I was driving our 2000 Jetta VR6 which is very fun with good snow tires on :-)
