Exclamation question help pls

so i sorta jumped my car today. some ppl say i jumped it. but it was raised pavement then a quick drop-off on a straightaway. so when i got down from the air it sounded like i bottomed out. but i checked the underbody. looks fine. my front left plastic hub/tire is scratched up. how idk. all i did was do a hard right turn (a curve was about 20 ft after the raised ground). and when i drive past 65 the steering wheel seems to wobble/vibrate. not sure if this happened before but can anyone suggest whats wrong, if there is in fact, something wrong? thanks.

*edit* just checked the body and it looks fine. worried abt wobbly wheel tho. only time i remember it wobbling - slightly was if i went 90 +. and tire pressure is lower in the left tires than the right.

you prolly did bottom out, but most likely just the stupid tow hook under the front bumber hit the ground.
I can't tell you how many times I've slammed that thing into the ground. (stupid texas roads)

Just look under your front bumber and see if its dented/all scrached up.

As for the wobbly steering wheel, that sounds like a bent rim I bent the crap out of one of mine (agan stupid texas roads) and I had terable vibrations/wobbly steering wheel. Since you said u just feel the wobble when going around 65 the dent might not be that bad, and might be able to be corrected by having tires balanced. Mine had to be replaced.

by balanced, u mean getting it all re-aligned, right? the jump was stupid tho, like i jumped and i heard a light thump and im like wtf? bc i know my bumpers or side skirts didnt hit it, and i didnt think i hit an axle or anything. and it all looked fine. ill look under the car soon. it started raining as i checked and no garage so yeah. managed to find the 3ton car jacks so im in luck.

I had the steering wheel wobble..... It could be off balance tires. That's cheap and easy. In my case the front sway bar was broken along with the mounts. It caused the same wobble that increased with speed. I got it all replaced for $65 so check that out too.

Torque the lugnuts, check if you knocked a "wheel weight" off. Jack up the front of the car (wheel off the ground), and spin it, might be able to see rim "wobble". Good luck.

Could be anything.

Alignment
Tire/wheel balance
Bent control arm/etc
Damaged wheel/tire

Have the alignment place check the car out briefly. Usually things jump out at professionals who know what they're looking for.

They immediately recognized when I bent my front control arm...

purposely. not at a fast speed tho. that was my mistake. unfortunately i checked out the underside and everything looked okay. one small metal piece that keeps my brake lines secured was off centre (small metal thing) but thats abt it. as for the: Alignment
Tire/wheel balance
Bent control arm/etc
Damaged wheel/tire

ill check that out asap.
