Hey guys, just writing to get your opinions on how my girl looks.... Just came in from finishing the drop job. Right now I am sitting on 2" dropped front from APEX springs, and on the rear, I think it is a 1.7 drop from Tein s.techs. The dealership I bought my ride at was nice enough to get me my suspension, and their mechanic helped me all the way through.


Just to prove that I did my own work....


And how she now sits..... I think the look is much better then before.... and for a first mod, it makes it look that much nicer. What do you guys think?

 

it looks nice without the huge wheel gap, but word of advice: replace those stock shocks soon as they won't last long with aftermarket springs. Also getting some new wheels can be a good next step. Depending on what you like, I'd suggest some 15'' or 16'' bronze konig heliums or rota attacks

 

thanx for the advice, but don't worry man... We had spring compressors there, and were able to mount my KYB GR-2's at the same time But to be honest, I don't notice a rough ride... or is that yet to come? LOL SO you think Bronze would be the best finish to go with? I was thinking of hyper black/ black chrome with the polished lip.... So many choices...

 

Go Bronze and get a lip kit ASAP it'll make your car look even lower.

It looks really good. I think either black w/ polished lip or bronze wheels. Nice first mod. I want to get some coilovers soon, but they are so dang expensive.

Update: Yet another simple mod.... I know that this doesn't compare to getting a nice set of shoes (Damned backorder on my Konig Heliums.... oh well, next summer) But I finally got tint. 35% up front and 15% in the rear. REALLY makes the back window banner pop.... Now onto the lights....
