Question OZ Wheels

i'm thinking about buying a new set of wheels and tires. but i'm only gonna do this if i can resell my stock OZ wheels.
i've looked around ebay and the average price seems to be $150 per wheel.

im just wondering who has sold their stock OZ wheels?
how much did you get for them?
and does anyone know if they sell easy (are very popular)?

I sold my original wheels and Yokohama tires for $400 back in 2002. Then I bought another set with Goodyears for $200 in 2003. I don't know what they go for anymore.

More like $50 a wheel btw.

well those with tires are gonna run around a grand. thats the reason im asking how much i can get for my OZ wheels. because i'm low on cash, so im only gonna get rims if i can regain most of the money back from selling mine

it's unlikely that your going to sell your stock wheels but you never know
if your low on cash, get something cheaper that still looks good, i paid around 750 for my four wheels/tires, the old ones are sittin in my garage just incase i need them

Aren't the OZ wheels pretty good anyways. I'm sticking with my stock OZ wheels because they're fairly light and 15" tires cost a lot less than whatever else. You can get a good number of high performance tires in sizes that fit the stock OZ wheel. Of coarse, I may be missing the point and you're wanting bigger wheels so you can look cool. In which case, go to tirerack.com and just get the cheapeast 17"s you can afford.

PM me a reasonable number (including shipping) and i will gladly take the OZ rims off your hands. i do not need tires. i have a second set i can use. i want a set of rims so i can put my autox tires on... and i like the OZ rims. i will also be able to try a custom flat black paintjob on the second set of rims maybe.

yeh i want to get 17"s pretty much for the looks. im gonna be getting new rear & front bumpers, and hopefully a Evo8 spoiler, i think 15"s wouldn't look right.

Yeah, I just got new wheel/tire package from tire rack for about a grand. Having trouble trying to get rid of my stock OZ rims. Gonna try on ebay for $200 w/shipping or something. But it may turn out to be better just to keep them in case I sell the car.
