Bolt pattern

I was just thinking about rims and realized I hadnt even checked to see what the pattern is for the new lancers.

RRM I saw you had some new wheels on yours, what is the bolt pattern that is used and what width did you go with? Thanks!

Stock on the GTS is 46mm. Not too many people have rims yet, so I'm not sure how much play there is on offset.

good luck with that, that sounds like RWD offset. You got 24mm less offset and a wider rim.... but then again the Lancer is a new car to me so I dont know what the clearance on this car is... I'd like to know....hmm I got some 18x9.5's in 35mm... haha

Depends on the clearance to the calipers and stuff. We'll have to find out over time.

lower offset will push the wheel outwards so too low of an offset will rub the fenders Higher offset sinks the wheel in more causeing clearance problems with caliper/coilover/innerfender. Then when you start playing around with widths it gets a little more confusing becaise now the offsets change to accomodate the width...probably gonna be a little trial and error for some people unless someone out there has an offset gauge which bolts on to hun and allows you to mock up widths and offsets to check for clearance. Summit Racing sells these but I believe its in inches, not mm, but then you can just whip out the calculator
