Improved Handeling

Im really not that happy about the lancer ES's handeling and wanna know how to improve it around sharp corners. And I dont want to fork out too much cash either. Please help.

Shortest answer:

Go in this order:
1. Good tires
2. Springs
3. Rear sway bar
4. Camber bolts & professional alignment
5. Other stuff (front and rear strut braces, tiebar, truss bar, etc.)
