Do i need to buy both anti sway bar & lowring springs to lower my car?

No. Only springs are required to lower your car, although new shocks are highly recommended.

Thanks mayhem This is correct, springs will be the item you want. With springs, performance shocks are recommended. What you dont want to do is over power the stock shock/struts with a performance spring. This is why it is good to have a shock/strut that is equally as performance oriented as the springs.

Doesn't the evo come with "Performance" shocks?

It does, however, I believe that Bhakuei has a non-EVO Lancer. In this case, its shocks would not be as peformance oriented as the EVO's. Please correct me if I am wrong

ahh, thanx for telling me that, actually i just wanna make my car looks pretty, now's not day im willing to work on performance, my budget's in limit, and im planning to buy an apex or evo7 kit to put it on my US spec lancer, i ordered TYC altessa tail light, grill and pair of beautiful eye lids already... to mod this baby is my one of my wish for now, and school tuition killed me alot money... not really much money left for her now....

For your clarification, the rear sway bar is to help correct the understeer that our front wheel drive car has. It'll help the rear wheels break loose a little bit easier so you can take turns a little sharper.
