Hey guys I apologize if this has been asked before.

Was just wondering if the evo brakes will bolt up to my 2003 oz front and rear hubs.

If not I guess I'm switching to the evo front hubs and outlander rear hubs in turn running the 5x114 bolt pattern.

I would also assume once I do switch over, I wont be able to use the stock 03 oz brakes on the evo or outlander hubs correct?

No, please do a search. Switching to the evo hubs won't be easy and you'll need new wheels and probably a bunch of other parts as well.
