Which is better?

Hey guys, I just ordered a set of 225/45ZR-18 Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position tires. I heard they are the best I could get. I should be receiving them in two days. However, I am now considering stepping up to a set of GSR tires which are Yokohama Advan A13 -- 245/40r/18, along with the RIMS.

My question is, which tire will provide better performance? I know the Bridgestone Potenza are great tires. I was not able to find reviews on the Yokohama Advans, however, they are bigger.

I need to make my decision within the next 2 days. All input is appreciated! Thanks!

The ADVANS are gonna give you better performance. On the down side they have a low treadwear rating. Are you sure you can fit that tire & wheel combo anyway?

I've heard from multiple people that they will fit. How bad do you think the treadwear is?

15k miles max. Pick up a set of Dunlop Direzzas like I did. Theyre better than the stock Advans.
