The flaps for the Evo will work, but you will have to modify them slightly. Some of the holes will have to be elongated, and you will have to drill a couple more. I had the Evo flaps on for about a year, but went to the universal urethane flaps. They are a bit longer and a bit wider. If you have any mounting questions just ask.

Thanks for the complements. I would buy the universal urethane flaps. I had the plastic flaps on for about a year. They work well, but will deform, and fade over time. The urethane flaps will flex when you go over speed humps and have a glossy finish that looks great. As to the lip kit, it is the factory aero kit from Mitsubishi. I bought it a few months after I got the car back in 2004. It came with an Evolution wing, but I really do not like it, so it is covered in the attic. I hope this helps. If any one has question feel free to ask.
Cheers,
Zack

Hmmm...I don't think I like how the mud flaps are so wide, since they're made for the evo. You didn't want to cut them to fit flush?

Not really, it offers more protection from gravel and mud when I am not on tarmac. I actually bought the universal flaps because they are wider.

I just got the universal basic mud flaps for my 03' oz, I've been running them for about a week and they seem like a steal for $15. If you'd like I can get a pic of them.
