KYB GR2 shocks?

Are all KYB GR2 shocks the same? RRM sells a full set of shocks for $470, but I found you can get all 4 shocks on www.rockauto.com for about $260. Wondering if there is really a difference? Or is RRM just overcharging? I was just wondering because hopefully soon I will do some suspension upgrades, and I think I will do all new KYB shocks and Tein S-Tech springs.

This is what is wrong now a days with preception of the aftermarket industry. And Drew I dont say this direct at you. But in General.

Your looking at two different companies. RRM is a shop that works hard on special projects and producting great products for its customers. On the customer side people always like getting things for the cheapest price possible and the old days of supporting the companies and brands you care about went out the window. Running a business is not easy. Risk, and increase costs are a way of life in the business world. I have been a tuner long enough to know that. You can buy from who you know and trust vs. someone you dont know. there is an MSRP for alot of products out there and I am sure RRM is selling it to make a profit. A profit that allows them to stay in business. I am sure that if you called RRM and work out a price on what ever it is you are looking for. You may find that you can get it for a good deal, or bundled with other items.

But I dont think you are getting raped, the pricing is fair.

i like supporting companies and all, but if i can save a good $200 im all for it. I could use that $200 to buy some springs!

See what you can do to score both items at the same time. If I wasnt dead set on have HSD Coilovers, I likely would have bought these struts, since my OE ones are degrading faster then I would like.

I totally understand. i saved about $200 last month when i looked at RRM's prices and got the same thing from tirerack. It helps to shop around and do some researching to save some money.
