Rim help!!!

Hey guys

I have a 2010 Lancer gts, the stock rims have some dents and I have found rims similar to them. Touren tr3, at canadian tire, they are cheap which is why I am interested.
Will my stock tires fit on these rims? and how do I find this out?
here is the link to the Rim.

Thanks for your help guys, new and learning

ps. the touren rim is 18 inch.

First off, they are not bad rims at all. I have a set for my truck.

As for size they should tell you what tire size they fit then compare that to the tires and you should be goo to go.

If you are running 215/18/45 you can go up a 8inch wide rim

Those are decent looking wheels.

Make sure the offset is +40 to +46. +46 is stock...anything less than that will push your wheels out further form the center of the car. If you go much less than +40, you could have problems with rubbing.
