Sway Bars

Hey guys just a question dont have alot of experience with it. I have HSD coilover suspension. Love it. I've broken my front sway bar links upgraded them now my rear sway bar bushings are busted. Planning on upgrading. Was thinking however maybe I should do the whole sway bar at the same time and here lies the question...

Is it going to be worth it for $250 even after my coilovers? Should I get a 22mm or 24mm both 3 way adjustable. What are advantages\disadvantages? Dont want the ride too much rougher on the street but want performance at the track. Should I do front at the same time? or does it matter?

Opinions? Experiences?
Thanks

sway bars help even more with body roll. simply put: the bigger the bar, the less body roll, because there will be less flex of the bar itself. sway bars dont really effect ride quality when driving normally. IMO, I would upgrade both sway bars with the biggest I could find, if I had the money.

Skip the front sway bar, the rear is where it's at.
