Question coilover very soft

hi.

i have a 03 lancer OZ.
it has Ksport kontrol pro coilover with shipped spring ( 7.5/6 )

before anyone say crap about them , i checked other brand and they are almost the same spring rate ( max .5 difference ) and most other have less damper setting.

the car feel almost like it have stock spring. VERY soft but a little bit harder.

i turned the damper all the way up to help save the tire frum getting cut by the fender but it's really not enought.

just to try on my parking i have set the preload very high and it was day and night. it is almost perfect but i know i cant ride with this preload to save the shock.

dropped or not , its really too soft.

i called some tuning shop and they said it wont help and i only have to roll my fender.
ok i will but how the f**k will rolled fender fix the too soft spring problem ???

i am on 205/40R17 tire which is the best to lower these car as everyone say.

all i want is to get 1 inch between fender and tire , and i dont want it to be jacked like a k5 on 44 inch tire ( lancer stock ) lol its not that much... i see 2 lancer ES acheiving it without rubbing so it is possible.

so here 3 questions.

will higher spring rate fix the problem ?
will higher spring rate make the car higher ?
why shop tell me its way too much dropped ? IT IS NOT.

i still have 6 inch between the car and the ground, front and rear
PS the back coilover is dropped to the maximum to get my 1 inch. cant go lower.
PS 2 is it worse on stock tire size
PS 3 ride quality is not a problem at all
make me feel these car are the worst when it come to coilover and/or drop.

fender rolling is not a problem with my 205/40R17. the problem is when i turn the steering over 50% and get a SMALL bump the fender want to go away as the tire thread want to pull it.

if needed i will add pictures to explain better.
sorry about my poor english i am a french canadian

You mite be so low in your ride height that your not in the shocks sweet spot for dampening..

I'm guessing your "slammed" ?

ride height pic?

thabks for your reply.

im not that low. far from slammed.

on 205/40R17 i want 1 inch between tire and fender.
and this size is the best one. other size os worse and give me other problem.

i still have 6-7 inch between the car and the ground.

i cannot take picture right now i had to take the car so its way higher now.

ill lower it again soon and ill try to take picture
