Automatic Tranny Fluid Change

Ok i read the howto and it says to add like 5.4 q and then drain, is this true? flush first then refill with like 3.5q? Just curious. thanks.

sounds right to me, that way you're sure to get any junk out, more expensive, but it might save you a tranny in the long run
