Automatic Transmission Cooler

I have searched and didnt find what I m looking for. I ve been fixing to get a new automatic transmission cooler from

http://bmracing.com/index.php?id=pro...bcat=28&pid=73

or

http://rippmods.com/products/product...&productId=165

Which one do you recommend?

How and where is it installed?

How difficult will the installation be?

If you do have one, please post pics.

Mike

Try pming Guru_Del... he got one from autozone with all mounting hardware/hoses for 55-60 bucks. May have been kragen. Either way he had the part number and i believe posted it in one of his threads about his Auto RRM Stage 2 turbo... try some of those words for a search.

If you can't then probably go with the RIPP one for 75. Just ask if it comes with the mounting/hoses before you buy it. Some don't.

Wow next... that is a little cooler for 75 bucks?? Did it come with everything for hook up?

You can get one twice that size from Kragen/autozone with hose and mounting kit for about 60-65bucks. PM Guru_Del as i'm sure he's still got the number for it. I personnally think bigger is better for tranny coolers. In the end i added about 1/4 of a quart more trans fluid after install but it worked great.
