2nd gear
2nd gear
I have 3 friends who drive ralliart all having problems with 2nd gear. @ of them the synchro ring is going out and the 3rd one when he drives it hard going into 2nd gear and letting the clutch out, it pops out of second gera. I also have one friend that drives an oz and his synchro ring is going out, i have more miles on my ralliart but have no problems...does anybody have problems?
im having trouble trying t understand what you are saying.
if its not staying in gear, then most likely, either the clutch is going, or the slave cylinder is leaking. tell them to check the brake fluid resevoir. mine had been leaking, then i bled it and it has been fine since.
o yeah, slow down when you type please

the other guy when he is racing and he shifts to 2nd gear, as soon as he lets off the clutch and punch the gas it pops out.
tell the 1st guy to try taking longer shifts being more careful to FULLY depress the clutch pedal...as for the second guy...a makeshift fix could be holding the shifter in place when he hits the throttle again.....you should try to post this thread in the RA forums too..they may have more information to offer then us OZ guys..if it's a common thing with the RA's i'm sure warranty should cover it...maybe even keep your ears open for a recall...good luck getting that straightened out.
