Cluch slipping

I have just finished my turbo upgrade on my lancer and now my clutch is slipping. I thought this might happen

To fix this is it best to replace the whole clutch with something stronger, if so I am chasing feedback from anyone who has had similar problems and what setups they are now running and how they perform.

Thanks

Replace the clutch and pressure plate with one designed to handle more power.

I use a Clutchmasters 4-puck (Stage 4 clutch) for a 1.8l 4g93. There are pics of it on the forums, but I think I may still have them in my registry/garage too. Technically it's the US Mirage clutch, but since our engines are virtually identical and we use the same transmissions I confirmed speculation that it would fit and work without modification. The only part that doesn't work is the throwout bearing. You'll need to either reuse yours or (better) get one from the dealership. I don't know of any aftermarket TO bearings.

I got the WORKS Stage 2 Clutch and WORKS lightened flywheel.. I bet the WORKS clutch would be fine for you. I'm ordering my non-ic RRM turbo kit today, and I can already tell its going to work fine. That clutch is hella strong and just... wow.. There's also the RRM stage 2 clutch, or like hobie said, you could go with some of the clutches designed for the 4g93.
