funny question
it's possible..but it will take a lot of money, and a lot of time. ford made a rwd v8 focus that put about 265 at the wheels. pretty amazing, but then you have to think about rally. peugot and focus are fwd on the street, but are made awd for rally..but it costs a lot of money..
more than turbo is an understatment. put it this way for you to do it would be more like just taking the money and buying a evo that has it .

or u could find an old wrecked GSX or TSi AWD and take the engine/drivetrain/transmission
that'd be good..if the length from front-to-back axle is the same...might need to use an Evo but that'd be expensive...and probably not worth it. Might as well buy an Evo and put Lancer on the back instead
lol

Even if it was worth doing (I'd love to - if I win the lotto, that's my first mod), I'd guess that the Lancer is a touch underpowered for AWD. Turbo would probably be a necessity anyways, just to get enough power to all four wheels. But I'm a n00b too, so what do I know?
