Shifter Bearings aka Bushings - $10 shipped.

Another cheap buy today. First I got rotors, and pads for $100 shipped. And now $10 bushings for shifter linkage.

I hope this thread does not violate any rules. It's not an advertisment, just wanted to share the good news.

Cool cool. Interesting to see how these compare to the KB rubber ones.

Just saw these the other day too. I wonder if the bearings hold up under a lot of hard shifting...Well i guess we'll soon see. Write a review!

Well, A2Design bushings are metal and your stock bushings are rubber sooooo, I will post a review.

I was a little unimpressed with the way A2 ships their products. First, they had to ask for my shipping address which was nice. I'd rather have the bushing shipped to my work than home. Great communication is a plus. I have sent an e-mail to A2 designs to see if they have already shipped my order but they didn't. I received an e-mail from them right away saying that they will ship it tomorrow, and the delay is caused by the holidays. To my surprise they e-mailed me again later on that day saying they will ship it today which was cool. Now, I'm impressed!

Greg, that last statement of yours is a little misleading, but thanks... we think! We look forward to you installing these, because they are a mod we offer that everyone should have, it just adds a little luxury while going to the grocery store or the race track. And to answer your concern, you are not violating the rules, as you have no association with us other than customer. But please feel free, after every purchase, to make us another thread, so that we can continue to offer our excellent products at excellent prices. Thanks,

A2 Designs.

Let me clarify, I thought you have the same shipping as every other company out there. Basicaly saying, some delay could occur in delivering the package. I was pleased to see you guys are different and actually care for the order to be shipped out as soon as possible.

what happened was I was sent the wrong bearings they were abec 6 and I needed 8 so I ordered some more, had them overnighted but because of the colombus day they got delayed.
But they have been shipped, so you should get them within the next couple of days.

Finally got the bearing in, wrong shipping address but I'm glad I finally got it. Nothing beats $10 for a set of bushings.

I will install them first, clutch will have to wait until '07. And I think my friend will give me a hand installing my clutch too because I'm not thrilled after installing my rotors

Cliff notes: wasted entire sunday on rotors that didn't fit

Well, here's a little update. The first bushing, the one that is at 90 degrees to the ground fitted with a lot of elbow grease. The second bushing...
I didn't even try to fit it in.

Prench, do you know that both bushing are not the same size...right? One of them is much bigger than the other one and that's why you can't use the same size on both linkages.
