take care of your tranny

dripping clutch housing:


oil soaked clutch(as you can see... there was plenty of meat left on my clutch ):


shredded bearing:


input shaft and bearing(note my sig ):

dude that sucks! while the trans is down you may as well toss a new flywheel and out a LSD in the car

Nah... I got a Delsol while the Lancer was being fixed. So I'm keeping the Sol and getting rid of the Mitsu

And for those wondering what it should look like in the 3rd picture, look at this one and see for your-self. 3rd picture is missing a bearing.

what kind of noises were you hearing from your tranny when you discovered this problem??

my tranny is supposedly dieing at the tender age of 75k

did you happen to get a quote to fix/rebuild by chance?

pretty sure this is when my tran looks like right now too. my car sounds like a god damn weed blower
