I hope somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.

Let's take this example:
Manual Lancer with 200 whp
Auto Lancer with 200 whp
(notice how I specified whp for both)
In a straight line, I'm sure the auto Lancer will be faster since the ECU will shift faster than a human being will.

200bhp VS 200bhp would be a different story since the powertrain loss isn't accounted for and is greater in an automatic car.

No I mean higher than 200whp... That extra gear can make a big difference when accelerating...

Yeah yall are forgetting how slow the 4 speed is.......I may end up doing this swap in the future.

My tranny is working well right now, but Im looking to buy a Ralliart engine and not sure if I have to buy a new transmission or ifthere are automatic Ralliarts. I got some researching to do

or you could do the 4g64 swap...apparently it's cheaper and easier to do...
