i heard an evo x block would bolt to our trannies, so im assuming that an evo tranny will bolt to a lancer block, but thats for the 4B11 that I heard, and im not sure about the 4B12
also, why would he buy a ralliart if he wants a manual tranny? have fun driving your automatic sports car haha

evo trans bolts directly to the 4b11 and the 4b12. you would have to use the transfer case as well. your problems start when you now need a rear diff and a way to control the transfer case and the rear diff, unless you find a way to get rid of the S-AWC.
another idea. drop an evo engine into the car with the regular manual trans. and have a FWD monster

ya but can you drop a evo 4b11T in a normal lancer with a regular 4b11 ... i dont know if it would even mount in.. much less its a lot of power to throw of front wheels plus some serious remapping would be done...

The 4B11T would fit and mount up in a regular lancer, but u will need a new driveshaft, clutch, pressure plate, cylinders etc. The stock drivetrain cant handle that torque.
