I recently was able to literally pull the syncro sleeve off of the
3 - 4th input shaft by pushing down on the sleeve towards the input shaft bearing side and now am having trouble pushing the sleeve back on. I kno that the sleeve and hub are keyed so that they slide on together in one way but it appeared hat the syncro springs wouldn't allow the sleeve to slide completely over the hub going back on. But did easily coming off? Any way anyone have any suggestions for getting the sleeve back on? Pull the inPut shaft apart and slide it on that way? Thanks
