RoadRace Flywheel

Does anyone know the weight of the RoadRace flywheel? Stock weight? Anyone have the RoadRace flywheel installed? Can you tell a difference?

flywheel

If the flywheel is 7 lbs lighter, you will definately feel a difference.

1.) if you have a turbo or S/C the car will spool up quicker. Allot quicker.

2.) N/A cars will also rev quicker.

3.) if you go to light, it sometimes makes the car not very street friendly since the flywheel also acts to keep the momentum up, so you don't have to work at the clutch as much. Y9ou may find yourself slipping the clutch more on starts.

Is the RRM flywheel the only one made for our Lancers? Does anyone know how much the stock flywheel weighs? A buddy of mine just bought one for his Civic Si that only weighs 8lbs total. Is the RRM within that ball park?
