Recalibrating Gauges

If I were to get 18's would I need to get my gauges recalibrated so I could get accurate readouts? If so how would I go about getting this done?

If you got/get correctly sized tires then you wouldn't have to worry about inaccurate mileage numbers. Modern cars have electronic odometers so you wouldn't be able to recalibrate crap. Run a search about proper tire sizing or even see Tire Rack.
