My 02 ES 5 speed was having trouble starting and I knew the battery had a crack in it, so I bought a new battery and new terminal on the negative side. Other than that, everything was fine. Immediately after I replaced the battery, it started great, but now everytime it idles it stalls. I thought maybe the new terminal wasn't making a good connection, so I bought a better new terminal and this time I know its making a good connection. Also, in the process of changing terminals, I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery while the car was running, so I'm pretty sure its not the alternator. I thought it might just be the computer needing to be recalibrated, so I drove it around for about 10 minutes, but it still stalls everytime it idles. The engine light isn't coming on. How can I fix this?

 

Never mind, had to let it idle longer and it stopped stalling
