Car dying on me...wtf?

Naw I didnt have to pay for it. I tried searching google and couldnt find anything. Your best bet would be just to call your dealership and ask them if there are any recalls on your car.

Also on another note, my car seems to be running better than new since I wiped out and put her in the ditch...strange.

It was probably the ECU reset you did by having the battery disconnected overnight. Once reset, the ECU needs a little run time to re-learn how to idle the engine properly. I know whenever I've reset my car, it stalls the first few times, then just dips WAY down, then finally idles like it's supposed to when I stop. Nothing's wrong with it, it just takes a bit of time.

Wierd... When I reset mine my car will just rev up really high when I start it then drop down below and then start to level out.
