Exhaust Not Fitting

I recently purchased a new exhaust for my 02 Oz RAlly Lancer, and when I removed everything, and went to connect the exhaust to the catalytic converter, the screws from the catalytic converter were to large for my exhaust, and now I have NO idea what to do, and I'm extremely upset, if anyone knows what to do, please lemme know

There should be bolts and not screws. If the bolt holes are to small, try drilling them out a little.

Buy new bolts? What kind of exhaust did you buy? OT, your name is from Zone of the Enders isn't it?

I bought a catback from EBAY, and the piping that connects to the catalytic converter, the holes that are these don't fit the bolts coming from the catalytic converter, and yes it is from Z.O.E

That's why you don't buy ebay. Anyways it should be easy enough to solve, do the holes at least line up? In that case you could drill them out to fit, use different bolts or do some welding if you're desperate.

the bolts from the converter are too large for the holes on the new exhaust

sounds like you'll need to drill out the flange on the new exhaust. got a drill press? it will make your life a lot easier.

My dad might, and he's the one with all the tools, so, I'll have to check that with him, hopefully he does, I was thinking of selling this one, and just getting a magnaflow exhaust, what do you guys think? I'm jus afraid of getting the same problem

You would have been better off getting the Magnaflow catback to start with. Beware of what you buy on e-bay.

I just thought, the confusing thing for me is that new bolts were sent with the exhaust, so do I remove the bolts from the Converter?! Sorry, I know it's a bunch of questions, I'm a noob, and I want my OZ to be special and fast
