RRM Piggyback with worse MPG

I just finished installing a RRM piggyback on my 05 OZ Lancer, made sure all wire were correcly attatched and connected. Followed all procedures and new get about 5 MPG worse even though I was told it would better my MPG. The engine also runs when it is just idle up about 500 RPM's. So I guess my question is can the piggyback be reset by unplugging and reinstalled and will this help?

Are you on the gas more often? I have no idea what this "The engine also runs when it is just idle up about 500 RPM's." means.

I think he means it idles at 500rpm instead of dying. How long has it been on your car?

i think he means its its idling higher than it used to!!!

i believe u have to get it reflashed, but that might not be the problem!

check all your hoses for any vacuum leaks (thats what happened to mine, check the ones on the throttle body those were the ones that were crack)...did u zip tie the hoses where u T-ed into the FPR???

RRM recommends soldering!!! because the wires are too thin to splice with one of those clips, u could try but they sometimes dont work...and u really feel the difference right away, i felt it more around 4k rpm, but u also notce it when u shift!
