For about a year now i have had squeak problem when
i push the clutch in i hear a metallic squeak sound, when
i was in 1st or 2nd gear and pushed in the gas i would hear the
same squeak, and i lost power after 5K RMP. Well get this
it was my air box! The 2 screws that was in holding the
front intake thing in, were not the right ones and it was really
loose, and after i got to i high rpm the intake would suck to the
roof of the hood and choke the engine off. This was one of the
most bizarre things that i have ever seen, he put the screws
that belong there in and presto no more squeak and better
power band in higher rpms. Just sucks I had to deal with this for
a year before taking it to the shop.
