im running stock intake, and my battery is just fine bc my stereo works just fine and lights n all. i just took off my timing cover to look at the belt.
looks fine but i noticed that all my other belts turn when cranking it over except my cam gear and timing belt......
is that normal bc i dont remember that happening w my old car???
or are all my belts still supposto move anyways.

That would mean that your timing belt snapped. Sorry...

Proberly a dirty crankshaft sensor, this is a known issue with 02-03 Lancers.

If the timing belt wouldn't move when cranking, but the other belts would, that sounds like a serious problem. A problem that involves 16 valves, quite a bit of heat, and collision with the pistons lol.

forgot about this thread...well my timing belt some what broke...a few of the teeth broke off causing my timing to go off thus makin my car turn off. end result: all of my exhaust valves needed replacement. so its fixed now and running though.
