25 cdn i might have 1 or 2 extra since 1 person i ordered it for might not want it

 

for the flicker problem that i got....my mechanic told me to get him another aftermarket DRL's ....so i got two now in my car...and works just fine .......but another problem occured and that would be whenever i am turning on the car (cold weather, iunno if thats the case) .....one of em dont turn on and the other does.....i realized u need to warm the HID's lil bit when the engine turned off....turn the nite times for 15 sec or so then turn the engine...both sides HIDs work.....wat would be the problem?..
