Would the HID conversion kit made for the 05 Oz Rally fit on the 03 Oz Rally? I want to say yea, but theres one that says for the "05 Rally" and theres another that says for "02-05 Rallys." Just curious, dont know if anything changes. If its just a direct fit for the 05 compared to a universal for the one that says 02-05's.

It could be because the bulbs are different. Personally, I recommend you get projector headlights before you get HID bulbs.

 

What for? I dont like how they look. I think the stock lancer headlight housing is one the best looking headlights on a car, And all the lancer from 02-06 i think use 9007
