ok so i put a 12" sub and a 760 amp in the car with a cap. the question is, i thought that when you put a cap its not suppose to dim the lights . can someone help me with this, thanks in advance

 

what gauge wire u running back to the sub and amp? that can have something else to do with it. id check all the connections again and make sure they are all tight and make good contact.

thats where id start.
