Question turn signal/HZRDS

so as i was driving like usual, i went to use my turn signal, and heard no clicking sound nor saw the indicator for it. so i flipped it to try the other side, still no luck. i though maybe my hazards would work so if they do i can get an idea wth is going on. nothing. my question or issue...the turn signal/hazards are non responsive and just gave out without notice. i checked the fuse box under the hood and pulled what looks like the fuses for the signals. still intact. is there something else i could find out, or will it be just that kinda luck to be a turn signal relay?

pls help! haha

Could be a blown relay, usually in the fuse box under the dash
