Help

How do you remove the MAF from the air filter box.

There are 4 nuts that you have to unscrew. It helps to take off the whole intake in sections. Scoop, front of airbox, filter, then the back of the airbox you'll see the bolts being held in place by plastic mounts on the inside. Use a rachet or wrench (no suprises here) and loosen them. Mine were REALLY stuck, and I feel I was lucky to only crack one mount. It took an awful lot of pressure to loosen, and not too much to crack the mount. It's pretty easy if you go piece by piece actually. Good luck.

I tried to unscrew the bolt but it moved with mount. Do I remove the mount.

The mount meaning the part on the inside of the airbox? They're not supposed to come off, but they break really easily. The bolt likes to turn a lot more than the nut does...Just try to be careful and not break anymore. Vise grip might help. Worked for me.
