Hey, iv had the problem for about a week now and i cant take it anymore. When i turn my car on a kinda squeal/ rattle noise comes from the engine. Even after i let it warm up its there. when im driving its hardly noticable and when i come to a complete stop it gets loud again. But the odd thing is i noticed is when i dont have my headlights or heater on it stops and my car idles at 750 range. but when i turn my headlights, fog lights, and heater on the noise comes back in full force and my car idles just above 500.

Any ideas whats goin on? Its a 2003 lancer OZ btw
