Just thought MAYBE someone in washington might have the scan tool and harness required to check my ETACS and other ECU's. The shops im calling around here dont seem to be of much help, pretty sure they have no clue what im talking about. I REALLY want to take it to someone that knows the lancer's and not your generic joe schmo that works on many different vehicles because that person may have seen my problem before. I have the FSM with the diagnostic tree but not the tools required, i could do this myself if i did. Hopefully someone has a recomendation for the puget sound area or can help.
