ok first off i have about 108K miles on my car and the last time i did any major work on it was at about 72K beside oil changes...now my car is running very sluggish and occasionally if i press down on the gas kinda hard from a stop or even on the highway i get an almost mechanical "moooo" cow sound! I thought i was misfiring but the CEL has yet to come on??? any ideas on what this is?

 

just do a tune up on the car... By the way your describing it that you havent done anything for 30k, Change your plugs, coil packs, spark plugs, oil, airfilter, run fuel and injection cleaner through your car to get rid of that stuff thats probably still there. And worst comes to shove maybe you need to buy a new fuel pump as well. You need to take care of your car man as you take care of yourself. What you do to car results on how it will perform for you. My car is not even turbo and I baby this car all the time.

 

Trust me...If i had some money, It would ALWAYS be taken care of! The problem is trying to convince my dad that it has issues...then i get the "your car is a gift speech"
