Installed a road race turbo kit 16g on my 2006 ralliart, i am having AFR promblems, it's to rich in gas and then to low. I have zeitronix wideband it display at times 9 afr and 20. Their ups and downs causing the engine to flod. Can someone tell me what's wrong, is it the pigy back issue? Need help

I'm not totally familiar with the 06 RRM kit, what does it use for fuel management? FMU, piggy, or do you tune by another means such as ecu flash?
