I had my 2010 lancer gts for a week now, but i just notice today that the trip gauge does not automatically shut off by itself when the car is off... is there a way to turn off the trip meter or is it suppose to be on all the time???? need help asap, don't wanna drain battery

 

The trip meter will stay on for a certain amount of time or until you lock your car I believe...
