Noise when going from engine brake to acceleration

So, I've got this noise when I am at "cruise". If I am slowing down with the car in gear, no noise. If I am speeding up, no noise. Right in that middle area though, where the engine goes from adding power to the tranny to not adding power there is this "rattlerattlerattlerattle". Thoughts? it's a manual, stock clutch, no power adders yet, but the turbo gets installed soon.

No problems as far as drivability, and the clutch engages fine, but that rattle is starting to tick me off a bit.

Input shaft bearing or throw out bearing in the trans is what I'd guess.

motor mounts look like sh*t right now imo...I'm going to windowweld them when the turbo build starts, that way I have plenty of time to let it cure.
